I have a raised floor kennel built out of wood. I then have a 1/2" piece of rubber on top of the wood covering it. This is what the dogs are standing on. I wanting to know how I could ground an electric fence wire to put an electric fence around the bottom of the pen on the inside. My Lab keeps tearing out of the chain link pen and I'm tired of repairing fence everyday.
