Has any one used burnt motor oil to pour / paint on the untreated wood of there above ground kennels or wooden dog houses? I was wondering if it would help treat the wood but also allow the stool to fall through the holes and not stick. Would the burnt oil also help with parasite and insect control? Is it unhealthy for the dogs? We have wood at the saw mill that i know is 30 years old, if not 50, and it is completley saturated with oil grease and pine tar. The wood is almost a maroon orange color and as stong if not stronger than the day it was put in. Thanks
Thanks, I just wasnt sure if it would cause any problems with there pads or not. That would give me something to do with those 6 quarts every 3,000 miles right
