what is the best BEAR bait to use to start the chase from..
have lots of oats --corn --used cooking oil

We have used everything from bread and grease to cookies and candies. I have always had good luck with cookies. Back in the day we mixed in a old cement mixer oats and ground corn with grease and made a paste out of it and they ate it but, here in wisconsin they have such a hudge selection of bait to choose from we went to cookies, cookie dough, and candies.
