Last night my dc 40 lost signal when i caught my dog it had a long red light followed by a short red light. Now i cant get the collar to do anything. I charged it and it charged fine but still only has the two lights and will not connect to my 320.

I had one do me like that and I sent it back and they sent me a new one. My collars are 2 years old and they are only keeping signal for about 3 to 400 yards then they are jn and out what do I need to do

..........JUNK..........stick with the dc30s , i bought 2 40s when they came out... tryed one out compared to my older 30s...junk... sent them back where replaced with 2 new 30s.... no more for me........
