Yeah I like em too and sometime those all diamond boxes can be too much and too overly fancy but that's just me. Shipping on all of those boxes from Trammel creek is $125 and heard nothing but good thing on customer service. I had couple of replies on the other forums telling me that they like the box. When I order and get mine I'll give a reviews on here after I get one. One thing I like about their box is that it is a smooth no lump surface that I can put some stickers on it neatly unlike those diamond plated it is lumpy for stickers I know that it isn't a big deal over a sticker on which box  Other than that prices is what I like.

They stated that the boxes and dog house are insulated. I know it may seem like it not because they are thin so must be thin insulated. Glad you love your box. I can't wait to order one and I don't have to put one dog in a plastic crate and chain the other in the back of the truck anymore.

I've got the full size with top storage. So far so good. Only maintenance I could ever see is eventually have to drill out and replace a few rivets as they work loose. I have yet to see how it does in summer. Also the insulation is sandwiched between 2 sheets of aluminum. It's about 1/4" thick I'd say

Its made out of aloubond 1/16 inch aluminium sandwiched between 1/8 inch polyethylene. Super light but new.sheets are expensive. Bill carter is hard to reach though so im having a guy up by me make one. One thing i.heard is if you get one with circle holes for vents make sure its grinded down so the dogs dont cut there nose
