my uncles used to own some dogs out of clover they were small but good and smart

well she is definetely a small dog!

logans wild clover was out of hardwood bozo and a finley river and lone pine bred female,logans wild julie.. he threw mostly white dogs with blackheads. most i had directly out of him were tight mouthed to silent track dogs and deadly accurate tree dogs.and some were not angle like on the tree.

tarheal nitro is out of sackett jr, jr was a finley river bred dog from the yadkin river line and threw alot of top hounds. nitro was one of them. decent nosed track dogs.tree dogs.i think nitros mother was off nailor.

yeah i finally got her papers all i knew was that this pup was off nitro and clover but she is bred up great with some work could make a coon dog

i had a female out of logans wild clover at 9 months old she tree 26 singles in hunting season,she never had a tight mouth,i had 23 pups out of her and not one but all her pups became grandnite champions before they was 2.i have a 9 y old last dog out of her got a bawl mouth throws a double chop on tree,u want pull him off a tree.not ill,trashy.he is for sale.i also have a 3 year old male out of stlish rube,clover bred on the bottom side,cleanest dog i ever been in the woods with.splits tree alot big bawl mouth chop on the tree,while others dogs running junk he will be under a tree.clover hounds to me are super good tree dogs.this hound is for sale to.hays creek kennels.john

i used to hunt a dog out of that tarheal nitro a year or too back for a old man it was a damn good and deadley tree dog one strike tree dog

I have owned 3 Clover bred dogs (2 females & 1 male) and have hunted with several more. They were all nice dogs, good tree dogs. One female would hold ALL kinds of pressure (she was a second or third strike dog and a first or second tree dog, loud chop mouth) but they do seem to be on avg a smaller built dog, and alot have the black & white Clover coloring. My Honey female is a grandpup off Nitro and I couldnt be happier with her. She is a nice female, good built, beautiful tri color, nice loud clear chop mouth. She is a first or second strike dog and a first or second tree dog. Her only fault is she will sometimes pull to another dog if she hasnt been hunted in a while, but once you tune her up a few times her confidence comes back and she is a pretty stay put dog. Trees very neatly, not at all crazy and she has a ton of sense in the yard and house. Should be a nice cross, hope your pup turns out !!

I hate to put you on the spot, but if you had a female that threw 23 pups and they all made grandnite, wouldn't your dog be at the top of the reproducers list with a 100% record. I was just checking to see if that was a typo.

I hunted alot with Nitros mother Mapel Ridge Rudy she was out of Yadkin Tar Rattler not Nailor and a female out of Lipper

interesting fact on tar rattler:he was never bred till he was 10 years old and no semen was ever collected off him. source / galaxy genetics.

I'm just curious. Bc so far I've had nothing but good things outta nitro and nailor breed dogs they fit my style and like the history involved. Is tarheel nitro outta yadkin tar rattler. Wich nailor and nitro go back to Yadkin river wich go back to sailor boy or someone correct me please
