I'm new to Blue dogs. Just wondering what y'all think or know about this bloodline. I have a pup from this line and she appears to be a super fast starter and smart as heck. Thanks in advance!

Some of the best Blue Dogs there is or that is out there. Check out Big Bear Blues on facebook. We have a lot of the same bloodline. We have some young dogs from these lines and they are doing great. They have not run any off game and are coon crazy. Check us out and let me know what you think. Good luck with your dog.

I would not hunt that dog and sell her to me. Hahaha. Some nice blood in there. Jet 6 was solid and the Wild N Blue, many good dogs come from the Apel's as well. Nice pedigree.

Thanks for the replies guys! She's coming along fairly well now. I started working her when she turned a year old and I'm not sure if I should break her off of squirrels or not? She's doing good in the woods on coon at night but is an absolute terror to squirrels during the day... I can't tell for sure if alot of her barking at night is old squirrel scent or not and then she comes across coon scent and trees??? If she's doing both fairly well, would y'all break her off one or the other?

Thanks!
