Is it possible to have an idea about a dogs bloodline without having the papers? Like Based on original location of where the dog was bred, and the type of coonhound?

I have a Treeing Walker from Wisconsin. I have no idea which breeder she came from or what part of the state.

She's very pretty I think...she looks like she has some good breeding behind her.

Sorry the tail is tucked, had a 5yr old hold her LOL And she needs to put on some weight...she was nothing but bones a couple weeks ago.
