i hunt up that way allot i am a member of choctaw hunting club that borders kistachie...our campsite is right off goverment rd off of hwy 9 il give u a hollar when i go up there

Hey guys I coon hunt as much as i can with me working 2 weeks and home for 2 weeks. I am wanting to get in to competition but I dont have clue how that is all run. Me and my uncle have some decent dogs that might have a chance to do something in the hunts. He use to competition hunt but he is way to busy with work and his farm. So i am looking for someone kinda help me out and teach about how the hunts are runned. I live in shreveport and he lives in clarence which is Natichitoches parish. Thanks

I hunt in northern Natchitoches Parish but, I wouldn't consider myself a competition hunter, although I do hit a few hunts here and there.

Readhimer, if you wanna consider it a town. I have hunted some in Clarence a while back and on a farm in St. Maurice. Yes, I'm related to the Stewart's in Goldonna, distant kin.
