you r suppose to have the landowners permission to go get them, years ago as long as u didnt carry a gun u could just go and get them but they changed it but if it was my dogs and i knew the landowner was going to give me trouble i would prolly get a deputy to go with me to get em
actually i was talking to the game warden about a month ago he told me that if your dogs went on somebody elses property you could go and get them because they are your property but you have to go unarmed he said it wasnt like you shooting a deer and it going on somebodys elses property that you cant go get but dogs you can
i just got through talking to a game warden and he said as long as i didnt have a gun i could go get me dogs thanks everbody if any of yall are around the new brockton and enterprise area look me up and we will go hunting
I don't know about some folks but I'm going to get my hounds with or without permission. And I have came out to my truck and was staring down a loooong rifle barrel, it was kinda scarry but I had my dogs.
