i just found out about the regulations for our field trials and we have some issues we need to deal with the regulations say that no club will be permited to conduct more than 7 field trials during the closed season on racoons of any one callender year. it also states that we must have a minimum of 12 entries are required before a trial may be held. now if you think about this most clubs hold over 7 hunts in the off season and alot of times you may not have 5 or 6 entries i have talked with billy smith our ukc state representitive and i also talked with tam young our pkc representitive and i have called steve fielders office i havent herd back from him yet tam said we would get with someone from pkc at the world hunt and figure out just how to deal with this in the meantime i would like to get the name of every club in the state the presidents name and phone number if you can help me with this please post their names and numbers or call me at 615-498-2172 so i can get this information we may get lucky and just have to go talk with the folks from twra or we may have to orginize to fight this just have to wait and see the regulations are posted below

Mike, dumb question. It shows that it was last amended 5 years ago, so I take it that this has been in effect for the last 5 years?

How hard will it be to have these regulations changed now that it has been in effect for 5 years?

Did a club get caught being in violation of the rules?

Too bad these regulations weren't caught and fought against 5 years ago.
