Wayne Jobe put a ACHA hunt last night up in Cary. Was told he had about 6 inches of snow on the ground when the deadline got there. Dean Palmer hunting Percy Creek Buster got under a coon towards the end of the hunt and won.
good job dean and buster!!!!!!!!!!

WELL YOU KNOW WE CANT CONTROL MOTHER NATURE
water??? its bad right now......we are trying to find places to hunt that we wont have to swim to reach the dogs......all of delta national is under water right now.....our areas south of town are just as bad.....some of us are even talking about not hunting so we can cut down on the total number of casts we have to put out in the woods
all i can really hope for is for the river to drop as fast as it came up...but i dont see that happening....the weather man is calling for thunderstorms on the day of the event which isnt going to help matters any either i have spoken to the guys in LA about carrying a cast or 2 that way
so far guides that have hill spots with no water jerry c mel m wayne j butch s yazoo city group...3 brad c dean p
that would be 9 casts going out.....last yr we drew 34 hounds and had 9 casts sent to the woods.....sounds bad but im hoping for less than last yr
IF ANYONE HAS DRY LAND THAT CAN BE HUNTED FOR A 2 HOUR UKC RQE HUNT WITHIN 50 MILES OF VICKSBURG....LET ME KNOW.....YOU JUST MIGHT BE ABLE TO GUIDE A CAST
