We got bout 6'' here, roads are ok, water is gonna get deeper~lol.Think I'll go to labs. Jig thinks he's part lab anyway. If i turn him lose, he ends up in water. Imagine that?

Wayne Jobe put a ACHA hunt last night up in Cary. Was told he had about 6 inches of snow on the ground when the deadline got there. Dean Palmer hunting Percy Creek Buster got under a coon towards the end of the hunt and won.

its bad right now......we are trying to find places to hunt that we wont have to swim to reach the dogs......all of delta national is under water right now.....our areas south of town are just as bad.....some of us are even talking about not hunting so we can cut down on the total number of casts we have to put out in the woods

all i can really hope for is for the river to drop as fast as it came up...but i dont see that happening....the weather man is calling for thunderstorms on the day of the event which isnt going to help matters any either
i have spoken to the guys in LA about carrying a cast or 2 that way

that would be 9 casts going out.....last yr we drew 34 hounds and had 9 casts sent to the woods.....sounds bad but im hoping for less than last yr

oh yeah wendell if yall are coming you had better bring some dry cloths if your gonna hunt cuz there is a hole lotta water im thinking of running and gunning and what i mean by that go out make a tree call time out and move to a different spot we have ridges here and there but not enough to hunt 2 hours in one spot with oout getting wet

i dont see alot of ways around not doing just what your saying wayne......i just got some pics of DN and the boat landing has water in the bathroom....the 707 road is all the way under.......cant see teh tables on the 720 road.......if you come to this hunt a extra set of dry clothes will be a must
