thats how i interpreted what it says.. they really dont spell it out all that clear..
i have never had any trouble running my hounds all yr long.. but i do not park on the road during off training season..lol

I have a 5month old plott female and shell get on the scentvbut loses concentration. i guess she just goes off

live trap a coon or just pick up a fresh road kill coon. you only use a skin or dead coon for a one time drag and hang deal.
a tanned hide is useless for trying to train a pup. a tanned hide has no coon scent.
live trap a coon and release it for her to track would be the best out of anything you can do.
you dont teach how, you only teach what.

Got a coon last night in live trap dog went crazy over it let her bark and play with it a litte while then released. it and she tree it hard with in minutes
