Hello all, Happy hunting. I am looking for a Hunting Partner in Huron, Erie, or Lorain Counties in Ohio. I have coonhunted since I was 5 years old, Literally, However I took a layoff from the sport for a period of ten years and just started getting back into it last winter. It doen't matter to me whether you like to competition or pleasure hunt. I can do both and be very happy. My family, I guess you could say is pretty well known in the coonhound industry. Trying to live up to their expectations, on top of trying to raise and properly care for my newborn kids on top of trying to work a 70 hour/week construction job had gotten to me and I just said enough was enough. I can truly say though, coonhunting never left me. Matter of fact, within the next year or two, I have plans on starting up a coonhound training business. My pleasure dog died last week and I am going to be picking up what I hope will be my competition dog wednesday morning. If everything goes well, I should have him ready to hunt by the end of September of 09. I am compatible with any type of hunter, I don't have stereotypes that poeple must live up to, to hunt with me. I am pretty easy to please actually. All that I ask for is that your hound be true (NO Off Game, Primarily Deer), everything else will work itself out. I have 3 sets of woods to hunt and I still have not covered all the ground in them. If this sounds like something you would be interested in, let me know. Thanks, NewLondon Coonhunter
