Was wondering if anyone has ever had one ?How did you like it?Are they dependable as the toyotas ?Can you get parts for them ?What should i look for when looking to buy one ?Do the frames rot out like the toyotas ?

I had a '87 Mazda 4wd with the 2.6 engine and automatic trans. and that piece wouldn't get out of it's own way. I hear the newer B4000's are alot nicer, though.

mazda trucks were imports through 93. 94 is when they became fords. Ive got a 94 4x4 with the 3.0 and 5 speed. I love it. Its dependable and i havent had many problems with it. As long as its a 94 up parts will be easy to find. Im not sure about the pre 94's.

actually the only mazdas that are ford ranger rebadges are the 1994 and up ones.....the pre 94s are bullet proof!! i have a 1991 b2600i 4x4 and i wouldnt trade it for the world.....if you join a decent form u can get the parts, as well as parts train...ect...... they are tall and light so the 4x4 model is virtually unstoppable with good tires.....I'm a diehard yota fan, (2 lanndcruisers in the driveway) and id say the mazda is every bit as reliable note, for a hunting rig obviously youll want a 4x4, which was only available in the 2600 model, the 2wd are still good trucks reliability wise, but not any good except for on pavement....
