I rarely use the APP and have never used the PM Box in the APP..............I just open the site in a browser on my Android devices and Apple devices.
Since the APP version only has the Inbox and Outbox, you can see by the picture that APP version PM is limited to the actual computer version.
The APP is barebones compared to the features using a computer for what the site was designed for.

The apps are to help view the threads on mobile devices when you do not have computer access..........As far as certain app tools working, since we have specialized coding on the forum backend, it's possible that there is a coding conflict with certain app features. Can happen when making something that is created for a computer browser being viewed in something it was not orginally created for.
We are not the developers of the app........We joined the Outside Hub network to have our forum on the list of other outdoor related sites to help viewers see threads on their mobile devices when a way from a computer.
I guess the silver lining is the App is FREE. It is an extra tool to help folks view threads on mobile devices........like checking their ads for responses while out in the woods or answering an ad while out in the woods.
