If I am correct you are the site administrator. I have been thinking and I have a idea concerning classifieds organizations.

If you could somehow organization the classifieds by STATE, I think it would make it more convenient for people who are looking for something. I know in the past, I have been looking for dogs/equipment and after finding out that the person with the dogs/equipment was located 500 to 1000 miles away.

I know this calls for a complete make over of the site, but I believe it would pay off in the long run.

This is a message forum software that also has classified sections..........I can tell you that will not be available anytime in the near future (unless the forum software developers add it - which would be highly doubtly). This is a message forum script and does not have that capabilities at this time.

If you have noticed, that ACHA, AKC, PKC, and UKC also run message forums with having classifieds on them...........they are in the same boat as they are running message forum that they have made classified sections on as well.

Earlier this month I have tried to help out by now forcing people to have to enter their state that shows their location. At this time that is best I can offer.

As it is now, the classified sections are broke down by breed...........You will not be able to see state, price, and etc.. before you open an ad.

I have had some to suggest make a classified section for each state, and quite frankly, that is not happening ---- that would mean 50 more sections.

With nearly 25,000 forum members.........the current set-up is here to stay.
