well I turned in 3 x-large coon here in ohio 2 skinned out and one whole and got a whole $3.00 :( wow the fur prices are really down not worth shooting the coon this year $ 1.00 a coon

anything under 11 pounds he does not want

Its pretty sad when dog food prices go sky high and furs dont hardly bring a gallon of gas :(

I talked to the fur Buyer here in Nebraska a couple weeks ago.. OUR base line for coons is 4-8 dollars

Got $6 for a big sow today, and $2 for a smaller coon. He said he would have given $7 if it hadn't been kind of wirey haired. Realize this is like a 27.5lb. coon, not a little fella. All I've sold are unskinned so far this year. I have a couple mediums in the freezer skinned. I'll probably hold them til late in the season hoping the market creeps up a little.

im getting six bucks a coon and 35 dollars for processing deer. so im working my ##*%* off on cutting deer up and selling coons..

A friend of mine and his son sold 57 coon last weekend and averaged 8.49. was turning some smalls away.All were snared coon. I saw the ticket,or I would'nt have believed it.east central iowa

Grunwold is running with a 16 dollar high on green coon, 3.50 on green rats, 8 on my fox, and 11 on a big mink. That was last monday in northern iowa.

I refuse to sell any hides for these prices. I know it will never happen but if everyone would refuse to sell, the prices would have to go up.
