I was wondering what jaw spread you guys use when you are trapping with coil spring traps or long spring traps?

I suppose you are talking about trapping coons. I use 1 1/2 coils. They have a 4 3/4 inch jaw spread and hold coons just fine for me.

i mainly use 1 1/2 dukes coils. but i have some victor 2 coils that i use for coons then some 11 single spring long traps and double long spring then i have bridger 1.65 double coil spring off set jaw with four coils on it for yotes. then i have conibears 110s 220s and 330s and one 660. and a few big foot holds for beaver. and a 15 bear trap.
