Catching wild rabbits some will die in the trap. You can use tame rabbits to start beagles.............I do it all the time.....But they are just like wild rabbits they will die on you..If you dont take care of them and handel them with care..............

I had a rabbit kill it self bout two weeks ago we had marshmellows out to catch a coon here a doe rabbit got in their she rammed her nose into the wire of our live trap until it cut deep then it bled to death.I don't suggest you try to trap live rabbit.

so you just wanna see if you can catch them?? i had rabbits in my yard and i got that same idea!! i had a squirrel trap i used, i think i either put a tomato or a apple in thier and it worked! i got me one, it was a little bunny but it was still cute, there was a HUGE rabbit, like bugsbunny size in our garden, i could never catch him tho :( , id say if you wanna try and catch one just to see if you can go for it
