What should I get to get started? Once I get some coons what are the steps I need to do to the hides to get them ready for selling?

well know how to skin them to get the most length out of them. so you can get the most money. after you skin them they would need to be fleshed so you would need a board for fleshing and and the scraper and then buy stretchers.some ppl like the boards others the metal ones. we have the metal ones bc they were available. and a really warm spot to hang from the ceiling or something. it can get really messy and stinky so in the one car garage where mom parks her car to get it warm...... not a good idea. ur best bet would be to go to a local fur buyer and talk to him. if he likes the business he will try his best to help any more ques lemme no. u can buy that stuff on huntsmart.com or from ur local fur buyer probably cheaper and they can probably send in a big order if they order things and get stuff for cheaper.
