This is the back end of the kennel house, while under construction.
Each side of the kennel has a dox box which is fully insulated on the top, bottom, and outside walls. The 4th wall which faces into the house slides out for easy cleaning access.


Here's the front of the completed kennel. We don't have the plumbing in yet, but we'll be putting water lickers in each kennel.


We're also planning to expand to a 4-run kennel basically by duplicating what we've already got and just going right alongside.

Yeah, we actually had an extra one laying around. The previous owner of this home had two of them in sort of "layers" off the family room. When we remodeled, we had one left over.

Our 2nd kennel probably won't have a sliding glass door, unless I find one at a yard sale or something cheap. But it sure is nice!!!!!!

Darn! When we started remodelling this big mess of a construction site we've been living in for three years now (not that it is DRIVING ME NUTS!)... we thru the slider out... since it wasn't Pristine! Now I KNOW how we could have used it!
We have saved all the windows we replaced and when we built the new
catroom" in the new basement we added windows to the wood wall to give the cats even more light! These poor former feral cats then house cats... will be EATTEN by the bluetick...so they have to live in the basement....
I am glad we are saving some of the old windows and such, I sure wish we had that slider back! Darn! Heather William
