 Post subject: Expanded metal flooring

Wanted to know if anyone has used expanded metal for flooring in there dog pens. I was able to get a few sheet and thought of useing it. I would like to know the pros and cons of useing it.

Unless it is diff than any expanded metal I've ever seen I would think it would be very hard on their feet.

I have a piece in the side walk in front of the shop door for cleaning boots off and the dogs will avoid walking on it.

I used it in a whelping pin and it worked out just perfect the female was a little reluctant to walk out but she got used to it.

I had a pen given to me and it has expanded metal. I don't recommend using it.its a pain to clean out pen.wanting to change the flooring
