we took 2 yotes on saturday. i shot one in front of the hound, they caught the 2nd.

how does hunting yotes with houns work do they usualy bay or do you try and get in front of them to shoot never done it before

usally when I'm hunting coyotes the hounds are usally chasing it and we shoot it. But we have had the dogs bay on it but I would say more often than none we shoot when it's out running in front of the dogs. I have also seeking the dogs catch it and kill it. All depends on the day and the coyote

i have discovered one thing about training dogs... to begin with you have to be smarter than the dog...now if it turns out that the dog is smarter than you trade him in on one that is a little dumber ! ...... come on sunset !

how fare do yote run and do they run in circles. i have alway wanted to try yote hunting. i run coon hounds and dont use a tracking collar is it possibale to run with out a tracking system
