my 2 young hounds are off to a great start this year, this was our 3rd time out and 5th yote. i still don`t consider yotes big game, but we don`t have a section.....lol.

how long does it take for your dogs to get ahold of those yotes per say? or are you just shooting them out from unerneath them?

we useally get around 40 yotes a year and we shoot most of them. although if a hound isn`t chasing it we don`t shoot, that`s what we call a satelite yote. it all depends on the snow conditions how long the chase will last if the hounds catch. sometimes it takes as little as a 1/2 hour or 5 hrs.
