i got a savage 17 and cant figure out how to get the bolt out. any help would be appreciated

just open the bolt take it off safety and pull the trigger and the bolt slides right out and to put it back do the same thing very good gun very accurate I love mine

lol, i just got mine about 2 months ago and had the same problem...cabelas unbolted it and when i got it home I was lost...had a old guy that never even seen a 17 before show me how it's done, haha...
