They are one of my favorites. They are based on one of John Brownings designs for a bottom ejecting pump operated shotguns. I have my Dad's 20 gauge and it is flawless, one of the best pump guns you can buy. Not too many people know much about them, but I can you they are really well made. The only thing you need to ook out for are the threads where the barrell meets the receiver. Look for looseness, galling or stripping. A little bit of care is needed to set the barrel back into the threads, and I have seen some that looked like they were set back with a hammer. Otherwise it has very few moving parts that wear evenly and are easy to service if they do.
