22 pistol with a decent sized barrel... and red dot scope = best all around coon gun. I like a single shot rifle myself, but theres nothing better than wearing a pistol into the woods in a holster, and not even knowing its there until you have to take a coon. |

I hear what you are saying about the pistol. I Would rather have a pistol too but this is the best RIFLE for coon hunting. |

I personally have never shot one, but they get good reviews fro those who have. Henry makes some nice pieces, good quality at a fair price. If you feel comfortable shooting it, It it probably serve you quite well. |

I have never shot this gun but I do carry a 22 lever action made by henry and it is one of the best guns I have owned. |

i have a henry lever action and its a really great shootin gun light weight and at a resonable price so i say u couldnt go wrong with any henry guns |
