Do you guys like scopes or no scopes on your 22's i just took my scope off and i like it a lot better.

I like them. I can't imagine not having one. For hunting anyway. For just shooting for fun I like open sights the best.

For coon hunting, I prefer a scope. I think that it helps bring in the light so that you can see the coon better.

For plinking and deer hunting, I don't use a scope. I prefer to use open sites. That's the way that I learned how to shoot, so I am just a bit more comfortable with it.

For coon hunting I have found the laser that projects the dot , not the internal dot works best , can hold gun any way you want and hit the coon without having to look at the sights or scope ..

I just put a 42mm red dot on my rifle. I love it most because I don't need to hold a light on the coon. If someone else has a light on the coon, I can see the whole tree through that wide lens. Then I just line up the dot and presto! If I am out by myself, I can use any lighting that I want, because if I can see the coon at all, I can see him through my scope.

when leafs r on i use my 410 and in fall i use a 22 with out a scope

If you don't like using a red dot or a scope, try a peep sight. When set up correctly, man, they can do the job.
