Just picked one up at the wal mart, very nice little gun for under 200 bucks. One inch groups at 30 yards with blazer ammo. Trigger pull is a little heavy but not bad, more use to my rem 700 22-250 that you breath on and it goes lol. Bout to tear it down and clean it, will see how that goes.

I use one of these very nice rifles. Got mine with scope for $177 from walmart. I am getting 1/2" groups at 45 yards with Remington 550 bulk ammo. Great little guns!

I have a 597 with a scope and use 30 round magazines in it. Other than it seeming to be a little picky on the ammo it likes I Love the gun... Scope is spot on you can really knock em' out with it. Don't like the weight and size of the 597 for the hills and hollers we have here tho. I actually just bought a .22 cricket to pack in that's my favorite coon gun. My buddy has a light weight .22 with a red dot that things pretty nice to have under a coon tree!
