Thanks for your reply. I'm happy to hear atleast someone has tried this rifle, and I was most certainly not trying to say something about the rifle's accuracy or real world hunting ability. i was just comparing it to one on the shelf. It's just that here in Indiana we have very few reasons to have high powered rifles in our gun shops, so when i went shopping, i was going after the browning but got turned off on the light action and bolt, that was all. Yet, with the fabulous salesmen we seem to have, they just couldn't let me down and made sure i found another rifle to my standards, hehehe can't let me go empty handed can they.... I'm just more of an old feel type guy, bulkier and stronger feeling. Remington 700's and Winchester 70's FOREVER!!
