I traded for a new Ruger LCP .380. It is ultra compact, a guy at work told me he had his in his pocket while digging post holes and never knew it was there. You can get a pocket holster that will not come out when you draw your weapon and it will cut down the outline of a weapon in your pocket.

Glock is the way to go very durable gun. Have had one for years and never have had any trouble with them.

The only bad thing about a Glock is that for some people, it just tends to feel like you're holding a brick.
Here in NC, you can't carry a firearm, with or without a concealed carry permit, if you're "training dogs" and coon season is out.
When coon season is in, I usually carry a 1911 in a IWB or a Serpa. Either way, it's open carried, or concealed with a jacket.
When I'm around town, I usually just carry a .25 in my pocket. It's small, but it's better than nothing. If I wear a T shirt, I may carry a .38 snub nose IWB. If I ever get a good tuckable IWB, I will most likely start carrying the 1911 or the .38.

i have a ruger mark 2 22 pistol. i wouldnt trade it. a 22 will do enough damage to put anything you need down so i dont feel the need to go get a big calliber. but if i did i would get a 357 revolver smith. i think they are the best looking guns..
