If you have ever argued about how your coon dogs affect deer hunting, then this is a must read. SCDNR did an indepth study on how coon hunting affects deer movement. Looks like what we have known all along has been proven. It dont affect them at all.

the deer hunters still what let the coonhunters hunt,,,, deer hunters have always hated coon hunters and always will, they want beleive nothing . i have deer hunted all my life and any coonhunter that deer hunts, knows that one don't hurt the other... but try telling that to a dumbazz deer hunter..... true story,,,, that's right,,,, don't get me wrong,,,, i think you putting this on here is a very good thing,,, i don't think it will help the coon hunters , but you never know,,, maybe it will,,,,,thanks,,,,,payroll , a smartazz deer hunter.... ,,,,that's right

i am from s.c lowcountry where many many years ago running deer with dogs was they way it was done it never run them out the country not many pepole hunt that way anymore its gone to all still hunting a few dog hunters still around but hard to hunt any kind of dogs during deer season these days because of dumb deer hunters
