Thanks so much, it is so nice to hear from fellow hunters. This week, I am sorry to say that I will not be hunting with hounds, rather calling coyotes with the aid of "Old Jack", a 60 year old full body mounted jackrabbit. I hope that you will "like" us on facebook as this is one of the ways that our sponsors gauge our viewership. Thanks and Adios, Gary

This week Steve and I will be traveling to Montana to hunt lions with Larry Anderson's bluetick hounds near Kalispell, MT. This is some of the most beautiful country in all of North America that is being adversely affected by the re-introduction of the wolf. I hope you can tune in and like us on facebook at carnivoretv. Thanks and Adios, Gary

I hope that you have the opportunity to tune into CARNIVORE this week as I sit down with two TRUE hunting legends and friends, Riley Miller and J. Martin Bassinger. These boys are in their mid 80's and have been hunting together since 1952. After our visit, Riley took us on a tour of the ranch which is somewhat of a hunting museum. Riley wrote the book, COLD TRAIL which is a compilation of photos from the Lee Brothers, big game outfitters from Tucson, AZ. CARNIVORE airs on the PURSUIT CHANNEL, 393 on Dish and 604 on Direct at 11:30 AM EST today and 5:00 PM EST. Thanks and Adios, Gary

I was looking at my buddy, Franklin Williams facebook page yesterday when I noticed a photo of the best looking hound I had ever seen. I clicked on it and found that it belonged to Marisa Crowhurst in Florida. I asked her what the breeding was on the dog and she said, Pop A Top male and Upson breeding in the female. That is when I realized that this dog was out of a gyp I sent to Franklin a few years ago. Franklin liked the Rio female so much that he purchased Sheba, a full sister the next year. Franklin is a coon hunter and brags that Rio and Sheba "hunt as good as they look". I told Marisa that I sure would like to turn Dooley into a jumped cat or lion race as he looks like he can fly. To see a photo of this beautiful hound, you can go to Carnivoretv facebook page. Adios, Gary
