Does anyone in anyother states have a law where if your name is on a tag of a dog you can be charged with tresspassing??
Someone told me about this that SC government was tring to setup a bill that would do this???

we have instances of it here in florida where a persons deer dogs got off of the public land he was hunting .he was fined and had to go to court over it. .
the deer trespassed thats why the dogs did .defense that held up in court

Hey Smoaks hunt club i live in Ontario Canada and the law here is if you have a dog on private land the owner on the collar WILL be charged....If you ask me its really dumb.
