Here is the new proposal.. Good idea in theory, however it will affect most hound hunters in WA hunting deer or elk. I know for me I alway carry my Tracking equipment in my truck at all times, whether I'm going to the store, hunting dogs, or Deer/ELK hunting.

I do not support using Tracking equipment to track deer or ELk for hunting, but making it illeagal to have tracking equipment while hunting is too far. 99% of us that own tracking equipment use it leagally.

WA folks, All hunters..Please take the time to respond and send in some constructive comments opposing the rule making it illeagal to have tracking recievers while hunting biggame...

Heck I've even put tracking Collars in a Childs BackPack while Deer/Elk hunting so that if they were to get lost I would be able to find them.. This law would make that Illeagal.
