Do any of you known what Tenn. laws are about getting dogs off of posted land if they happen to tree on it? Thanks Randy

yes you have every right to go get your dogs......BUT NO GUN
the way we do it is try to ask the land owner ..if they say no get a game warden if say yes tell them thank you and get in and out asap ... most that say yes tell or write us a note saying we can anytime we have a dog on there land and if we can kill the coon or bear or not
if no land owner go get dogs and get out ...with no gun
the same rules apply if you shoot game and it runs over to another persons land
