The first Fish and Game Commission of the year will be Feb 3-4, 10:00am at the Resources Building Auditorium at 1416 9th St. Sac.
The public forum will be an early agenda item on the third. I will be there to request the Commission to overturn the ban on treeing switches and gps collars. I will also see what the status of the CHC donation in lieu of the HSUS's blood money for the K9 program is. I will also check on the status of bear hunting in San Luis Obispo county and the removal of the in season harvest quota, two issues that were tabled last year due to pressure from animal rights groups. Come represent your sport and fight the good fight. If you're interested pm me and I'll share some notes and help prep speeches. This is important stuff people! -Pete
