How many miles should I be running my dog per day in the off season? Should I do 3 days on, 1 off? Or do 6 on, 1 off? What's the best frequency and distance of work outs for the little devil? Is it better to do a morning run and a night run on the same day or just stick to a one run in the evening? Also, is anyone using annamaet glycocharge? If so is it worth the money? I want my dog to get the most out of his work out and maintain, if not gain, weight in the process. He's a little winded after running a few miles now and I'd like to work up that endurance. Give me your advice.

I run coon all year round. I let him run until I'm done. Of course if it's too hot I don't run him. Here in NYS you can declare almost anything a special dog training area and run whenever you want.
