my bluetick is absolutely terrififed of horses when we walk up to a field with a horse in it he just freezes and tries to hide how can i fix this

Be persistent and keep taking him around horses as much as possible, keep him leashed, and don't let him hide, don't coddle him just act like everything is perfect, and he will eventually get over himself.
