i have my females first hx hunt comming up in september,anything you guys do before a hunt test special?or should i just hunt her alone?i dont have anything to do all summer so i a hunt her alone ALOT.i have some feeders i can hunt over would that be good or not since you cant in a hunt test?maybe every oher hunt?

i dont know your dog, so it's hard to say, but i would just take her to wild coon, no feeder and see how she does. if she's not ready for that, she might not be ready for htx yet. let the dog tell you what she needs. if she's not ready to consistently produce without feeder, then go back to the feeder some, but not all the time. you probably have the right idea about going to feeder just some of the time, if that is what her actions are telling you. good luck, hope she burns it up and passes the htx.
