Anybody know why the Featherlights are cheaper? And if they burn as long and are as bright as the regular ones?

I bought the 21 Volts Bright Eyes the featherlight. It cost me $220.00 last July.
I went hunting one Friday Night and didn´t use it that much, so I went next Friday and I didn´t recharged it, because I just use it last time maybe for half and hour, only in the low side.
After about two hours in the low side the batteries went low and then dead. So I thought maybe you have to rechareged every time.
Thats what I did and when it was full, I took a chronometer and turn the light on, in the low side at full beam. It only lasted for four hours.
I am going to call company Bright Eyes, but the time they are open I am at work. I have to wait until a Saturday.
Do you think this is normal or it something wrong with my light. I have only used it, about 5 times.
The Halogen Light from Nite Lite, I was never able to finish the charge, the only problem is that it weights 4 pounds and not as bright.

Last friday I call Bright Eyes company. And they told me that my 21 volts featherlight it was working OK.
The lady told me that it lasts 12 to 14 hours in the low side but only 1/3 of the intensty of brightness. And it will last only 30% of those 12 hours at the low side with wide open intensity.
Saludos,

Got some questions about the regular 21V belt light and the 21V Terminator box light. They both say 24 hours low side, 2 hours high side. Does this seem right? I know some of their other ones show lesser, or greater burn times, but is this for real? Every other light manufacturer out there shows around 12-14 hours high side, and that's why I ask.
Also, do either, or both, of these have spotlight jacks? I know I want at least 21V, and I do want to buy a unit with spotlight capability.
Next, it states the controls on the box is "heavy duty electronic brightness control". Does this mean it's not the click switch style, but rather the rheostat style? If any of y'all have one of these lights, I'd appreciate the info.
Lastly, in regards to box vs. belt, what are the pros and cons? I was leaning towards a belt light for comfort, but I have heard that two biggest issues are 1. the belt light batteries don't last as long (not sure if that's burn time, or longevity of battery lifetime), and 2. that when it comes time to replace the battery, box lights are easier and cheaper to replace the batteries on.
Thanks in advance for your help. I was going to call Bright Eyes over the last few days, but was too busy at work to make the call. I may still try to call them next week, but I suspect I'll get my questions answered here. By the way, this will be my first real coon hunting light. This will surely beat the 4 D cell 1970's headlight I have....
