I hear real good things about Purina Pro Plan but these days I just try to feed whatever doesn't kill my dogs. lol. :lol:

i feed chestnut mtn. feed its 24% protein 20% fat and have had wonderful results but i do think its a local feed and im north of raleigh nc about 10 miles alot of people round here feed it and its only $14.00 a 50lb bag if anyone is interested pm me and ill give yall the info maybe its not as local as i think

We have tried lots of different dogs foods. We used to use Nutro and were happy with it, just got a little nervous with recalls. Went to Diamond. Dogs did okay for a few weeks, then they refused to eat it. Put them on Black Gold. They love it so far and look good and have lots of energy. With the Diamond after a hard run they were down and done for a week. On the Black Gold they are bouncing around the next day ready to go again. So far I am really loving the stuff.
