Does anyone have info on these lights? They are sold by Cabelas. I have some gift certificates and I am thinking about getting one. The one I am looking at is a 12 volt box light with hat and an extra bulb, $149.
Thanks for any info.

I know of a couple fellows with them around here and they seem to be decent lights. The only thing most of them don't like about them is the buttons on top instead of the normal click switch.

I bought one just like you are going to do with coupons and club points and I am pretty happy with it. Got a bad one to begin with but after they replaced it I have had no problems. I personally like the way the buttons are set up and how you can control the light. I think it is a good light, especailly if you can get a deal on it.

i bought a 20 volt maverick, maybe 7 or 8 years ago, by far the sorriest light i ever own, its a small lite box light but didn't hold up very well a spot light would kill the battery in just a little bit 30 mins don't much better at the head, i think western river tried to get too high tec with the digtual top, i think it would of been better light if they would of stuck with the 5 postion switch, light had a good strobe but never really seen the benfit on that,

I am currently in the market for a new light. Have been looking at, and researching Western Rivers lights. This far, I have really been impressed. Does anybody have any info or opinions about this product? If so, please share, they will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I bought the rebel 12 volt and i think it does the job for the money. I bought it from f&t and had a small issue with the battery not charging but it was resolved very quickly and so far ive got no complaints
