i fed diamond avidly,even thru their problem time but i tried some different feed from a local feed mill called excaliber, 26/18 high energy.only been feedin a week and theyre lookin better.i just wasnt satisfied with diamonds results anymore.my hounds are all wormed regularly so i knew that wasnt an issue.anybody know anything about excaliber?

We've been using hi-tek now for a few weeks and I've had to back off the feed on the yard dog because she was putting on the weight!LOL! I've noticed less shedding and brighter coats. So I think I'll stick w/ this for a while.
I heard Lamb wasnt a good source of protein for the needs of a working coon hound. Is that true?
