I'm in the market for a new light. Would like to have some opinions and pros and cons on the both of these lights. So far they seem to be similar and both are in the price range i would like to be around. Thanks!!!!

Thanks for the input. it is nice to have an opinion from someone who has, as I know they are still newer. I've also been checking the other post on them in the other topics.

I don't know about the Sunspot but the Nightrazor is an excellent lightweight light that does not require a cable running to a battery. I would never purchase one of the heavy lights when there is something as bright, shines so long and weighs so little as the Nightrazor. Technology simply produces better ideas and things move extremely fast in electronics.

Sunspot is an awesome light. I have tried a bunch and I am sold on Sunspot. For a tight beam, Go with Nightrazor. If you want to light up the woods, Go with a SUNSPOT. I am ih no way linked to sunspot. Just passing on info from experience.

A buddy of mine just got the nightrazor and we went huntin the other night and I was really impressed. I'm not sure on the burn time but he's using his about 10 to 15 hrs between charges and he said the low battery indicater hasn't came on yet. The spot is very tight on it and it is very bright. I'm told they make a pop cover to put on the light to fan out the beam for walkin but i haven't seen that. To me they just seem to little to have that much power and burn that long, but maybe I'm just old school. I can say this if he has good luck with his, it will definetly be my next light maybe by then they will have an adjustable beam.
