I have a dc30 collar that my uncle tried to switch to the plastic collar and he messed up the co-axle end by pushing it through. So now it doesn't make any signal. Can these be replaced and if so who can I send it to and for how much? Thanks 513-504-2797

Did the same thing, doing the same thing. I found the replacement connector on line, installed it today. It is a very tedious job, like brain surgery. Had to use a magnifying tool to aid in the replacement. Part # is MCX012 from Digi-Key Corp. 1-800-344-4539. $3.29 each, order extra. I did 2 collars, one works, one doesn,t. Will have to go back in to it and see if I can get it working. If the blue light does not triple blink you are not getting GPS reception. Hope this helps.
