Tc if it does not have any type of tree switch why does it differentiate between treed and sitting ? I haven't seen it show them sitting when the dog is treed

its just the differance in the length of time the collar has stopped movin on whether it shows sitting or treed.

i have done many range tests to find the optimum collar antenna length for different ID numbers on many collars, placing the collar on the fence up and down like a dog was wearing it or laying it down flat on the table like a dog treed .,or with the collars on the dogs in the dogbox with the truck parked.it makes no differance if the collars are not moving they always go to showing treed. and i have done these tests with many different handhelds and collars.

I was told by Garmin to put any downloaded Topo maps on cards and always put birds eye imagery on the handheld storage. For some reason it can cause glitches with birds eye on external storage. This has been several months ago so maybe an update has solved the issue?
