i am a young man new to hunting and got an old tracking system it is an F&L m10 it has a 151 freq so does that mean i can use any collar in the 151 band?

No. You need to figure out the range. For example. 151.600-151.800 or whatever it is. You then need to have collars in the range. It should say on the box somewhere.

With no experience you'll probably be best served sending your box in to whoever makes your collar can make sure they work. But to answer your question, yes it should work. Post what the box says for frequency and maybe we can help you more.
